Hornpipe: Both parts have the melody! Both parts shift up to fourth position. Doesn't have to be played really fast to sound good (Quarter note = 65 or so is fine). Sarabande: A lovely slow piece arranged for two intermediate cellists. Cello 1 goes up to 5th position. Cello 2 stays in first position, with a few double stops and extensions.
