Powered by a distant pulsating rhythm borne from a theme from the previous movement (Never Gonna Give You Up), the listener is transported through a dramatic journey of excitement as the main theme is introduced in the low brass. At times, the overall forward momentum is contrasted with some intimate reductions in the texture, to allow the soloistic mastery of some of the ensemble's individual players to shine, while still maintaining the inevitable push towards the spectacularly rousing finish that will have your audience on their feet....
