Rachenitsa is the name of arguaby the most famous Bulgarian folklore dance. It's written in 7/8 time signature (2+2+3). My composition consists three parts representing different folklore regions (Thrace, Dobrudzha, Shopluk) and are to be played without rest between them. I wrot this composition for the 19th 'International competition for symphonic composition in 7/8' (Sofia, BULGARIA, 2019), and after qualifying for the final stage I won the Award of the Public eventualy. I'll upload later in YouTube the live performance of the Sofia Philharmonic.
