Sonnet 128 uses William Byrd's "O Mistress Mine" as an accompaniment with an added voice part (similar to the Bach/Gounod "Ave Maria" - or more appropriately Lucy's song "Schroeder" from You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown). Sonnet 73 is in a more modern idiom, and Sonnet 130 is in a romantic style.
