Composed by Philip R Buttall. Concert,Contemporary,Romantic Period. Score and parts. 6 pages. PRB Music #3674065. Published by PRB Music (A0.739734).

The Lone Ar-ranger! has been one of my most popular arrangements for nearly 20 years, and has been played around the world, and appeared in many different forms and arrangements.

This is a new arrangement for Violin & Cello Duo. It's certainly not easy, as there are only two players there, coping with a lot of notes! There are some challenging double stops, too, although it's better to simplify these, rather than interrupt the music's flow. Leaving some of them out won't spoil things that much! I've set a slightly slower tempo, too, but even this is flexible and needs to take on board the skill and technical expertise of the two performers.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
