When I was four years old my family lived in Oregon and our family would go camping with several other families at Shasta Lake in California. Some of the most vivid memories I have from those trips involve riding in our boat (we named it "Whoops Wow"). I remember riding on the bow of the boat and finding that to be a thrilling and slightly terrifying experience at the time. I gave myself the task of telling the story of this experience through music for concert band. I sincerely hope you enjoy reliving this experience with me.
