Finally Playing My Favorite Nirvana Songs!
I'm an adult learner, and this 'Best of Nirvana' book is exactly what I needed! The 'easy-medium' difficulty is totally achievable, letting me relax and enjoy playing without getting frustrated. The guitar tablature alongside standard notation makes it easy to pick up the riffs and feel like I'm really sounding like the records. So much fun rocking out to 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' and 'Come As You Are' on my weekend.

inaccurate
These books are very inaccurate. I am a beginner but I do not want to learn how to play the song incorrectly. In my opinion they just make it more difficult to learn the song because you are not learning to play it correctly.

Not true
I have to agree with the guy from london on the first page of reviews. The people that make these books claim that they're straight from the guitarist themselves but that is not true. I got 3 books...Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Alice In Chains....The RHCP is the worst but the Nirvana one is almost just as bad and the Alice in Chains is even worse. I have watched Kurt Cobain and John Frusciante(RHCP) and Jerry Cantrell(Alice In Chains) play all of the songs on the books I have and the way they REALLY play A LOT of the songs are nothing like the book says.
