Symphony No. 5 Finale for Brass Ensemble by Anton Bruckner Score - Sheet Music

By Anton Bruckner

Symphony No. 5 by Anton Bruckner was written in 1875-76 and given the name of Fantastic by the composer himself, although never added to the score. Unfortunately, Bruckner never heard a live performance by orchestra of this glorious work. The music is dramatic, mysterious and majestic, filling the hall with gorgeous sounds of brass. Randall Malmstrom has arranged extracts of the Finale movement for an 11-part Brass Ensemble. The 6 1/2 minute arrangement is appropriate for advanced performers. Instrumentation is for 3 Trumpets in B-flat, 4 Horns, 3 Trombone and Tuba.
