Stranger Things Main Title Theme Piano Solo - Digital Sheet Music

I make piano solo arrangements for my students of songs that they love! My goal is to create something that sounds beautiful as a standalone piece of music, but most importantly, that it actually makes "pianistic" sense. Sometimes I even hide exercises in the arrangements that I want a student to work on. All of my arrangements are usually made for a specific student, so the results will always vary.

This arrangement was made for an early intermediate student working on Level 3 of the Alfred's Masterwork Classics series. She was also playing a few pieces from the Keith Snell Literature Series Level 2. The main reason I call this early intermediate is because of the octave reaches and crossing over of the hands. My student was a little older, so she was able to handle it. But the concepts are much more simple than they sound. Octaves can easily be reduced to single notes.

Because this theme was highly repetitive, I was compelled to play around with some melodic ideas. The original simply doesn't transfer to piano very well for a student performance. This arrangement is a "creative" transcription, with a few new elements not in the original, but the essence is certainly there. And my student LOVED playing it! I even had other students requesting it after they heard her at our recital.
