Composed by Emil Waldteufel (1837-1915). Arranged by Ginny Saltzman. Concert,Standards. Score. 11 pages. Ginny's House of Music #2069565. Published by Ginny's House of Music (A0.889799).

This is a very special 8 page arrangement of "Skaters Waltz" by Emil Waldteufel (1837-1915). It has been transposed to the Key of C in order to make it more playable for Late Elementary to Early Intermediate Piano Students. It would make a wonderful musical presentation for a Christmas program or Spring piano recital, as it is very easy to memorize. By using a wide variety of indicators such as ties, slurs, mf, f, ff, crescendos, accents, diminuendos, staccato and grace notes, and glizzandos - the student is able to learn a lot about musical technique. While using correct dynamics, the student can paint a musical picture of skaters waltzing across the ice, doing spins, lifts, spirals, etc. No musical repertoire would be complete without this lovely addition.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
