Composed by French carol. Arranged by c.e. walz. Christmas,Sacred. Score. 2 pages. C.E. Walz #6081145. Published by C.E. Walz (A0.767676).

"Sing We Now of Christmas" is a wonderfully rhythmic minor key hymn that translates well to handbells, and beginning handbells at that! All within the span of less than an octave, this piece only requires six bells. If each ringer holds two bells, that makes only three ringers in all. My friend maestro said he likes the almost constant G on the second page, for he says it sounds like bells clanging in a tower, Christmas bells! Two pages, key of G minor, no key changes. Tempo set at 76 bpm, but challenge your choir to play this faster and see how that sounds!
