Sinfonia Bryan Eb4 Orchestra - Sheet Music

Symphony Eb4, composed ca. 1771-1772, is an impressivefour-movement work scored for Wanhal's customary forces of 2 oboes, 2 horns and strings. The work appears to have been reasonably well disseminated in the eighteenth century; it appears in both the Breitkopf Catalogue (Supplement X 1775) and the Quartbuch (ca. 1775) and two copies are known in which the work is attributed to Joseph Haydn. The Bureau d'abonnement printed an edition of the work in Paris as No. IV of Quatro sinfonie concertanti which was also advertised in 1775.
