Published by Frank Stubbs (A0.1116629).This version of Silent Night for Intermediate Trumpet Quartet covers 3 different styles. We start off as in the style of the original carol with solo Trumpet , the other players come in at intervals after this. The chords then take a 'jazzy' turn for the 2nd stanza then into a Waltz for the 3rd and back to a somber finish. I have used this for a Quartet at a school covering pre Grade 1 - Grade 8 players, though the highest note is F on top of the stave. A very inclusive arrangement offering different outlooks on Silent Night.
