Rock & Roll Piano

I am still working through this, at a very leisurely pace, but found it quite good, & I am not getting paid to say that. After 12 weeks I can play about 6 left hand pieces ok, and the right hand easy bits. The CD Rom is very handy, as it plays tricky ones at slow speed as well as normal (fast) speed. I am just starting to co-ordinate my left hand and right hand together into a full piece, but it is a slow process. I have had to write out the notes (A, B, C, C# etc.) alongside the note symbols, whidh tells you how much of a beginner I am, though I learned piano for about 1 year as an 11 year old, & I could play simple right hand chords. Its fun to play a left hand R&R beat, and the simple ones don't take too long too master, which gives you a bit of encouragement. I recommend it if you are a beginner so long as you take a long term view. I would also recommend it to an intermediate pplayer, or to an advanced player who was new to this style of playing.
