Designed for the aspiring collegiate or professional trombonist, this piece makes a great introduction to microtones. It uses quarter tones in the 12-TET scale, making a 24-EDO solo. The piece is good either for recital performance, or for use as an etude. It received its world premiere at the Society for Composers Region VI conference in 2019 at Texas A&M-Commerce. A performance takes about 5 minutes.
