This book contains all the piano accompaniments for the pieces in Volume 2 of the contemporary violin method Play the Violin! (HL44007161). They have consciously been kept easy and reflect the atmosphere and character of the pieces well, while providing full support for the violin player. Playing with a pianist is especially instructive for the student, and a great experience; but for times where there is no pianist avaialable you can use the enclosed CD which features the piano accompaniments played on a real grand piano. All tempi and arrangements on the CD are tailored to match those of the violin method. Ideal for concerts and school performances!
