This document is an instructional unit in the MIW Basic Keyboard Skills Method. This unit arranges some of the most basic Aloys Schmitt exercises on key map tablatures. In addition to the original exercises in the key of C major, this unit also shows the exercises in the key of E major. These exercises are all limited to 5-finger exercises which provide the basic foundation for all melodic playing on the keyboard.
