Peanut Butter Jam
Peanut Butter Jam is a beginner concert band composition grade 1.0. This arrangement was originally composed for Taunton Forge Elementary School, in Medford, NJ and was known as the TF Jam. When my 5th grade saxophone students were learning their part, we sang "peanut butter jam" to help learn the rhythm. I since have changed the title to Peanut Butter Jam. This piece can be used with standard FL, CL, AS, TPT, TBN and PC and will sound perfect! The Oboe, BC, TS, BS, and FH double the main instruments. This fun, jazzy bop arrangement allows the director to discuss AABA form, dynamics, articulations, and accidentals. Have fun!
