The fugue may serve as a recital finale or postlude for a semi-traditional liturgical service. Advanced high-school students and professional pianists will find it challenging but accessible. The four parts of the fugue are kept virtually distinct throughout, in the manner of J.S. Bach. It involves some challenging leaps, particularly in the left hand, as well as tenths which the performer may play as broken or solid.
