Marvelous!
As a real lover of Martha Mier's music, I was thrilled to see she had released a new series. For anybody that enjoys her famous Jazz, Rags and Blues, as well as her Romantic Sketches will love this book as it's a mix of the two. It includes some really fun ragtime pieces Blackbird Rag, as well as some more Romantic style pieces such as Quiet Dreams. As a teacher, these sort of books with mixed styles are a dream come true, not only to teach but for my own playing. I'd love it if she did a book 4 with higher level pieces.
