Published by Rammy Music (A0.1509170).This is a very simple arrangement for Alto Flute with Piano accompaniment. It is in G major, the Alto Flute being in C Major. The piano accompaniment is notated, but also has chord symbols. The Alto Flute melody is very simply notated, and marked to be played freely. There are two short improvised sections for the Alto Flute over very simple chord changes (just C major scale). This arrangement would suit a student who wishes to play a little jazzy arrangement of Moon River in their own way, with some very easy and accessible improvisation.
