This piece is often referred to as the ‘Beer Barrel Polka’. This arrangement was inspired when I played a version on the fiddle in a Slovak Folk group (near to the original Czech version). However, I can not help hearing in my mind the East End of London singing ‘Roll out the Barrel’ once we reach the C section!
