Small Ensemble Cello,Double Bass,Flute,Violin - Level 2 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.802563

Composed by Hans Adolph Brorson & Carl Nielsen. Arranged by Jens Klimek & Peet du Toit. Contemporary. Score and parts. 6 pages. Peet du Toit #5792743. Published by Peet du Toit (A0.802563).

This is an old Danish Christmas song. The original Danish lyrics for "Mit hjerte altid vanker" (Danish title) were written by bishop and hymn writer Hans Adolph Brorson. It first came out in print in 1731. These were later set to a melody composed by Carl Nielsen.

The simplicity thereof renders it beautiful for Flute, Violin, Cello and Double Bass.
It does not have to be played during Christmas only. Enjoy!
