By David Lovrien

Looking for something REALLY different for this year's Christmas concert? Here's a game of holiday hide-and-seek for your audience! Minor Alterations: Christmas Through the Looking Glass is a medley of favorite Christmas tunes, transposed from major to minor keys then disguised, layered and morphed even more. Fun to play and hear

David's Minor Alterations is like no other Christmas fare on the market. Quirky, fun, inventive, and playful describe it well. The musicians enjoy it as much as the audience.

Major Alterations!

This piece is absolutely hilarious and will give your audience a real treat. Fun to perform, fun to listen to. The only thing wrong with the David Lovrien piece is that .....there aren't more Lovrien pieces to buy! Our concert band, our quintet, and our audiences are hoping that this talented composer will continue to write!

A change of pace for holiday concerts.

This is different than most of the holiday band music, quite tongue in cheek. The Lansing Concert Band played this at our last holiday concert, and band folks in the audience were asking about where to get this piece, they liked it so much.
