Very late delivery is problematic.
We ordered 150 copies of a score from sheetmusic.com. We were sent 100 scores with 50 of them on back order. We made the purchase in early to mid November, but did not receive the scores until mid April. No one reached out to us about this and when we reached out we got the answer “we can’t predict when the publisher will print these scores, but will send them to you as soon as we get them.“ This is unacceptable. We should’ve been communicated with without having to reach out. We ended up not having enough scores and offering our concert prior to receiving them.
