In 1715 Marcello borrowed Bach's Piano piece BWV 974 and made an Oboe concerto out of it. The Adagio has become one of the most famous melodies played on Oboe and various other woodwinds. It is arranged here in the key of G Minor for Solo Alto Saxophone. All parts and scores are provided. It can be played with just the solo Alto Sax and piano part which covers all string voicings.
