Meaning “free” in Italian, this piece is a collaborative creation by Belgian guitarist Sam Desmet and Venezuelan guitarist Pablo Bricenõ, who interpret Piazzolla’s legacy in their own unique way.
Rather than presenting a dialogue, Libero showcases a convergence of a rhythmic main theme supported by a syncopated yet insistent accompaniment, resulting in a vibrant and energetic instrumental piece.
