Great Series
I love the Piano Adventure Series by the Fabers and use it with almost all of my 20+ students. This book in particular has some very fun pieces. They do a good job of teaching new concepts incrementally.

Excellent
I started learning piano on my own during the pandemic and after initially just buying some easy books and going online, I landed on the piano adventures series. Faber & Faber have done a terrific job of introducing concepts and building on them. Although the series goes a bit slowly, as a self taught pianist, I think it's better to really learn each skill than push forward too fast. These lessons are ore sophisticated than the Alfred basic piano for adults series and more in depth than Bastien. The superiority of this method has become apparent by 3b.

Great lesson books
I use the Faber Lesson books through 3B. They introduce concepts students need such as ostinato, alberti bass, etc.
