I am a private music teacher and bought this piece as a short, fun piece to perform at the end of my beginner students Cinco de Mayo recital. The piece itself is fun, although extremely basic as there are no variations on the themes later on, giving it a very repetitive feeling. The ending as well is extremely underwhelming and ends very abruptly and out of character. I will most likely have to compose a short cadenza or different ending of my own to wow the audience, as it certainly wouldnt do the trick as is. The layout and editing has a very amateur feel throughout, although everything seems to be technically correct. Upon first playthrough however, I was absolutely appalled that on the third page, there is a HAND DRAWN crescendo in the music. My first thought was... seriously? I paid this much money for HAND DRAWN crescendos? Basically, for the price, it feels like a rip-off. Its a catchy tune but nothing special, and again feels very amateurish. Sorry! P.S. HAND DRAWN?!
