All notes in the PRIMO are written using the treble staff and a range of one octave from Middle C the C above and then played one octave higher. The SECONDO is played as written and uses the bass and treble staves and both hands with a one octave range from G below Middle C (G3) to the G above Middle C (G4). The TERZO is also played as written with all notes on the bass staff and a range of Low C (C2, 2 octaves below Middle C) to the E below Middle C (E3).
The score is written in the key of C major but includes a few accidentals for the SECONDO and TERZO players.
