It Takes Two is a jazzy and rhythmic instrumental duo written in the early summer of 2007 for cellist Michael Lunapiena and flutist Ashley Murtha. The work had its first performed on Sunday, September 30th of that year as part of a recital I presented as a graduate student at the Conservatory of Music at Purchase College, SUNY. The recital was titled Inspirations and New Creations and featured solo and chamber works by the masters as well as my original music.
