I would not purchase it
I would not purchase it again. Several pieces published elsewhere. I do not care for the harmonies.

Better for Piano
This book is arranged for Organ, Piano, or Keyboard, but I would rate it much higher for piano than for organ. Some pieces have what I would think of as the organ pedal part, but most of it would be much better with just the piano. I like it for that.

Worth having
This book will dress up or dress down depending on what you need. Easy to improvise, add pedals and change voicing . Easy to sight read for even the early intermediate player

40 Hymntune Meditations
A great buy! Makes for fantastic prelude, offertory, meditation, or interlude music. Most of the pieces are sight-readable to someone who has been playing for a while. I would highly recommend this book to any organist and or pianist who is looking for some quite music for services.-Most pieces are 1:00-1:45 minutes long-Does not require pedal-Could be played by a pianist who is familiar with the organPrelude, offertory, communion, meditation, or interlude.

Good for the Inexperienced Musician
I am recently back to providing music for worship. The selections in In Communion do not require a lot of practice. A nice note is that they sound beautiful on either the organ or piano
