By Ellie Goulding. By Mike Scott. Arranged by Homco/Crinion. This edition: pdf. Folk, Pop, Wedding. 8 pages. Homco/Crinion #1056912. Published by Homco/Crinion (A0.1479549)."How Long Will I Love You" was originally released by folk rock band the Waterboys in 1990 in Ireland, but the subsequent cover by English singer Ellie Goulding in 2013 is the version that won wide acclaim and popularity. The heartfelt lyrics make the song an often-requested choice for weddings. In this String Trio arrangement, the melody is covered by the 1st Violin throughout. Included herein, however, is an alternate 1st Violin part that can be used if a vocalist is present to sing the melody - thus the whole trio plays back-up to the solo singer.
