"Hero" for a unison Children's Chorus was written as the message song for the Children's Musical "Momotaro." This show is based on an ancient Japanese folktale and tells the story of a boy who is raised to be a hero. While on his Quest to rid his village of the Oni Monsters, he is joined by some animal friends who help him. They return victorious and Momotaro is declared a Hero.
