The title can be interpreted any number of ways - the piece was originally composed in the run-up to the Olympics in Tokyo and I suppose that I imagined the athletes making their preparations for the games. Composed originally for the National Youth Band of Scotland organisation, bands of all levels should be able to tackle this piece and it is sure to please audiences!
