Dance of the Mystic Dragon - This work for beginning band is a look into the mystic past of kings, queens, knights and dragons! This is an excellent teaching tool staying mostly in Concert Bb, but throwing in some accidentals in isolated places. It also has a unison voice part for the majority of the ensemble to give it that "plainchant" type of sound. I think you and your students will enjoy Dance of the Mystic Dragon!
