Whilst it contains a similar emotional theme, the narrative that unfolds is quite different, as are the musical gestures of popular music 50 years on from the older song. The arrangement borrows a lot of the motifs from Timberlake's recording and weaves them into a texture that develops in complexity until the very end where it dissolves back into nothing.
N.B. This arrangement is notated in treble and bass alta (i.e. sung an octave higher than written) clefs.
