The arrangement begins with a short intro from the rhythm section and is mostly written with a Basie feel in mind. The rhythm section parts are fully notated to assist younger players.
Solo space is included for Trumpet 4, Bari Sax, and Piano with chord changes and optional written solos included on the parts. Encourage students to listen to the great jazz players to help them learn the language of jazz and develop their own ideas.
