Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Arranged by Ralph Sauer. Baroque,Classical,Renaissance. Score and part. 16 pages. Gordon Cherry #5042819. Published by Gordon Cherry (A0.811110).

J. S. Bach transcribed this lovely work, originally the famous Oboe concerto by Alessandro Marcello (the older brother of Benedetto Marcello) around 1730 and fashioned it into a Harpsichord Concerto No. 3, BWV 974. The work is in three movements, Fast-Slow-Fast and is about 11 minutes in length.

For advanced performers, Mr. Sauer has included some ornaments, some which are written out, all in a very tasteful, beautiful style.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
