For this purpose, the textual parts were translated and the volume layout was revised.In accordance with the sources, the flute and basso parts are presented in a performance score, rather than in separate parts, thus allowing a more intimate interplay among the performers. A keyboard player experienced in 18th-century performance practice may prefer to accompany directly from the performance score over using the realization of the basso continuo offered here.
