This suite was originally written for double reed quartet but has been transcribed for concert band and clarinets.
Alternate parts are included so the instrumentation is somewhat flexible. The preferred instrumentation of 2 B-flat clarinets, Bass clarinet (alto clarinet), and contrabass clarinet (contralto clarinet). Some aternate parts for E-flat clarinet and basset horn are included so the entire clarinet family can be shocased for educational purposes.
Program notes are included (in suggested order of performance) in the event the entire suite is programmed.
Performance time total about 20 minutes.
