This motet, the text of which would be used during the three days before Easter Sunday, is mysterious, devotional and hauntingly beautiful. This arrangement also comes with alternate C Trumpets parts. However, some quintets have used Cornets and/or Flugelhorns, instead of Trumpets. Performance time, 3:45-4:45 (depending upon how slowly you wish to perform this work).
