Carrousel Accordion - Sheet Music
In my music box, there is a bellows, two keyboards, dozens of keys and hundreds of reeds. There are sound memories of funfairs, crowds and amusement parks. There are also sounds of toys and lots of balloons. When you wind up the crank, you can hear my music box playing familiar tunes: bursts of laughter, lively discussions, hysterical cries...But as it keeps turning, the mechanisms sometimes come off their axis and the gears derail. You can then hear the music warping, the sounds overlapping, the tones clashing and mixing together.It needs to be repaired, but I prefer it when it sounds out of tune.Vincent Portes
