Brandenburg Concerto No. 6 for Flute Choir by Johann Sebastian Bach Flute Choir - Sheet Music

By Johann Sebastian Bach

Bach's sixth Brandenburg Concerto has been masterfully transcribed for flute choir by the recently retired Seattle Symphony principal flutist, Scott Goff. Included is an optional continuo part, which can be played on harpsichord, organ or piano. This arrangement was first performed at the 1982 NFA Convention in Seattle, and it is fitting that thirty years later it is included among the first new releases from ALRY Publications upon moving to Seattle in 2012. This arrangement is a wonderful addition to any concert! Instrumentation: 4 C Flutes, Alto Flute (or additional C Flute), Bass Flute, Continuo (optional)
