Excellent for learning arpeggios

I remember my music lessons as a child having my teacher assign dozens of bowing and rhythm variations to playing scales and arpeggios. Although the challenge of applying those variations was beneficial, it was also overwhelmingly frustrating at times with having to multi-task so much. I love using this resource with my students so they can have those variations printed on the page for the arpeggios which I believe also helps them to more readily recognize them when encountering them in the repertoire. Highly recommended. Also see her scale variations books!

Lots of string crossing - great book

Clear printing as with all of Ms. Harvey's publications! NO tenor clef. Different bowing styles required Hooked, playing on the tip, etc. notations are made throughout and string numbers are notated so there is no guess work. Love it.
