Best of the Best
I have had this volume since the 70's and I love everything in it. Bought a new one and took it to Office Depot to get it spiral bound. Perfect!

At The Console-excellent addition to the library
This book has been around for years. This is the third time that I have owned it. The other two found their way to other organists and I believe that is proof of it's enduring quality. You will not find many concert pieces in the book but what is there is quite useful for worship and weddings. It should deffinitely be a part of all organists' library.

Excellent item, delivered quickly. What I liked most was the fact that I found my old copy and was allowed to return this one without any hassle. It is amazing that music unavailable locally can almost always be found at SheetMusic.com. I love the site.

An exemplary collection for young organists
Arranged for the intermediate-level organist, this timeless collection of recognizable music suitable for church service, wedding, funeral, and secular settings is a foundational workhorse for your personal collection. Because of the ease of improvising over such recognizable melodies, it also provides many opportunities to develop skills used by professional church musicians who pursue AGO (American Guild of Organists) accreditation. Because of the timelessness of the largely classical repertoire included in this accessible publication, it provides pleasure and inspiration throughout one's musical career both as music itself and in teaching (especially to nontraditional students who begin their organ pedagogy later in life.
