It begins in the key of D with a simple chord melody, then goes to the key of G with the melody in the bass and arpeggios and then with the melody in the treble. It winds up going to the key of C and 4/4 time with a Travis Pick type arrangement.
It is four uniquely different arrangements strung together for a concert length piece. But you can also just pick one and learn it if that is where your skill set is.
