Composed by Hugh Wilson. Arranged by Erik Kihss. Christian,Easter,Gospel,Praise & Worship,Sacred. Score. 4 pages. Erik Kihss Digital Publishing #3568011. Published by Erik Kihss Digital Publishing (A0.866842).

The tune "Martyrdom" is probably best known as Lenten hymn "Alas! And Did My Savior Bleed". It is also sung throughout the church year with different texts such as "We Come to You for Healing, Lord", 'We Walk by Faith", "From Days of Early Youth", "According to They Gracious Word' and many others.
This setting starts with a lilting intro and simple chords and modulates with lusher jazz chords and finally goes into 9/8 with a rollicking Gospel piano feel. I hope you will enjoy playing it.
