"A Moment Like This" was released in 2002 as the debut single by Kelly Clarkson, as the "coronation single" celebrating her victory as the first-ever winner of American Idol. The song became a massive hit in North America, topping both the Billboard chart and the Canadian Singles chart! Just four years later, the powerful ballad was also recorded and released by British singer Leona Lewis, who also became famous through competition TV, and her version became the Christmas number one hit of 2006. So you can't go wrong having this one in your gig books! This Cellobat arrangement for violin and cello duet is based on the Leona Lewis recording of the song, and it maintains the passionate melodies, dynamic intensity, and rhythmic drive of the original for a chart that's sure to pull at your audience's heartstrings.
