Mr. Reynolds has written down for posterity his ideas on perfecting technique on the Bass Trombone or Tenor Trombone with F-attachment, practicing, audition list materials and strategies, performing, "smart" playing, the G- flat valve, solo repertoire and recommended study books. He writes about who were his mentors and how they inspired him throughout his playing career. Jeff includes 16 Compline Chants to perfect lyrical playing and phasing and writes about his passion for this ancient form of liturgical music.
